It is an unfortunate fact that most Landlords, Letting Agents, and Estate Agents will from time to time encounter a vacated property that has been badly neglected. It is obviously hard, if not impossible, to market or re-let such a property for it's true value. You can't show people round, you can't take decent photographs.

East Yorkshire Property Services provide a full reclamation service to bring such properties back to saleable condition. We will inspect and provide a quote within 48 hours of your request, offering our various services as options which you can select as you feel appropriate. These are as follows:

• Removal of abandoned belongings and debris.

• Eradication of infestation.

• Removal of garden rubbish and overgrowth.

• Basic cleaning of floor and surfaces.

• Deep cleaning of floor and surfaces.

• Cover up emulsion painting, including basic filling.
